Obamacare leads to massive drop in uninsured

Gallup reports that the percentage of uninsured Americans is at its lowest point since they started measuring it in 2008.

And, yes, this is according to a private public opinion firm. These are not government figures.

Not only that, every age group has more people insured and fewer uninsured.

The one big issue here is that some states are doing so much better than others.

Of course, the states that aren’t seeing as big declines are those that haven’t expanded Medicaid.

In Maine, the majority of legislators voted for expansion, but Gov. LePage blocked it and his veto was supported by the vast majority of Republicans.

How do people like their new health plans?

According to another non-government study, by the Commonwealth Fund, satisfaction is high. (See full study here.)
