Lots of other states are actively involved in advertising the coming health insurance exchanges.
Early evidence suggests those states will have more people gaining insurance and thus suffering fewer preventable illnesses and deaths.
My state, Maine, isn’t running its own exchange, and has done little publicity.
I like to think that, while the Maryland one (just below) shows crabs, Maine would show lobsters.

New York’s shows the diversity of places and people in the Empire State.
Connecticut has five different ads. This one focuses on small business.
And they’re singing in Oregon’s ads.
